Would like to say Thank You to Everyone for a Great 7th Annual 5k/10k Run at Bohicket Marina!  Participants & Volunteers alike made this a special event!  If you haven’t joined us in the past our Annual 5k/10k Run begins in beautiful Bohicket Marina and leads you through the exclusive Seabrook Island surrounded by amazing scenery and breathtaking views!  Afterwards we enjoy our time together on the Patio at Bohicket Marina enjoying the Awards Ceremony, Refreshments, and especially the Views overlooking our Marina & Market on Bohicket Creek. 

So come on out & bring all your friends!  See You in September, 2018!

3RD Annual Bohicket Backpack Buddies Bash-Chili Cook Off!  March 18th, 2017 1pm-4pm

Tickets are $10 & On Sale Now at the Ice Cream Boat

Thank You to the 1305 Guests & 35 Teams that joined us last year!  Together we cooked up $15,421 to donate to the Back Pack Buddies!  Last year was such an AWESOME EVENT & IT’S TIME TO DO IT AGAIN!  This year there are 40 Teams coming together to support ending hunger locally for food insecure children on Johns Island and Wadmalaw.  Proceeds will benefit children at the following schools:  Mt. Zion, Angel Oak, & Frierson Elementary and also Haut Gap Middle School with backpack meals provided each Friday for their meals over the weekend.  Come On Out & Join Us!

Come on out to Bohicket Marina every Tuesday night, 6:30pm-9pm, from Memorial Day until Labor Day! Take in the beautiful views of Bohicket Marina along with Live Music and Great Fun for the kiddos!  From one end of the marina to the other there are fun activities for the kids to enjoy and work out that last little bit of energy for the day!  Included:  Free Entry & Valet parking every night through the summer, Face Painting, Balloon Artist, Photo Booth, Sand Art Bracelets, & Corn Hole!

“KID’S FISH”                                                                                 EVERY WEDNESDAY AT 9AM & 10AM

A Fishing Tournament just for Kids Ages 4-14.  Two rounds of fishing at 9am & 10am, arrive at least 15 minutes before your desired round.  It’s only $7 per Participant which includes all bait and fishing rods, No Experience Needed!  Every Tournament produces 3 Winners which will receive an awesome Tournament Shirt, Bait Bucket, & Bragging Rights!  For Questions call 248-719-0076!

RECENT PRESS:

More than $1 Million Awarded to Bohicket Marina for Upgrades

Bohicket Marina on Seabrook Island has received nearly $1.3 million in grants for an expansion project, according to the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service.

The award includes $833,000 in federal funds and $460,000 in matching funds. The source of the nonfederal match was not available Thursday.

Improvements funded through the grants include the addition of 768 linear feet of new side-tie transient docks, 538 linear feet of space for day dockage and an additional 258 linear feet for accommodating larger vessels. In-slip fueling, upgraded utilities and other boater amenities are included in the project.
